For most parents, communicating with teenagers can be a challenge, especially when your teen is working to try and understand themselves and where they fit in the world. In these workshops, I help teens uncover their greatness while enabling parents support their teens into creating empowered and autonomous personal and professional lives!

How I work with YOU

WORKPLACE AND TEEN WORKSHOPS

From Body Language basics to advanced nonverbal communications, presentation and behaviour workshops, we explore subconscious triggers or actions that contribute to conflict and miscommunications.

Participants learn how to interrupt subconscious habits and processes becoming more self-aware and intentional in the way they interact with others, increasing connection, communication and enhancing both customer relationships, their sales process or communicating with teens!

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Why are some presentations simply better than others? Why do some people seem more relaxed and comfortable speaking in front of others? Why do some people seem to have more of a commanding presence when they walk into a room?

Anyone can learn the powerful skills and techniques they need to increase their level of confidence and performance when presenting, for leadership or for living a more authentic empowered life. Through one on one coaching, you'll learn all of these skills as well as how to read others.
